USCCA drops customers. You may pay for their service, be involved with an incident, USCCA may drop you as customer. Numerous examples.

Some of the companies like USCCA don't provide an attorney, the just provide money to pay for a lawyer you find. The better services have attorneys that work self-defense gun cases on-call who provide legal services. Big difference between an insurance company & a lawyer when you need help.

There is also US Law Shield. If you have a shooting incident you call the 800 number and get a lawyer right away. No money out of your pocket outside of the monthly charge.
USCCA you have to pay, file a claim and hope they pay.

A few years back, near phoenix, as a guy got his truck high jacked, he was cooperating,,and they still killed him! Cooperating doesn’t always mean you’ll be ok

That’s what I’m confused about… I was told that it was a felony in Illinois. But, I dunno. I’m not a small guy by any means and I have an old tire thumper from about 1976. I believe it would knock knots on a cranium in stellar fashion. :D

Ask a cop about that. You say tire thumper and they say baton.
Riggs in Lethal Weapon uses one to great effect.

IL USED TO require you earn a Firearms Owner ID (FOID ) before purchasing/possessing a firearm. That was thrown out in the last month. I don't know if IL still enforces that requirement or not, THAT'S WHY YOU NEED TO GET INFO FROM LAWYERS NOT TRUCK DRIVERS. There are MANY lawyers on YouTube that are expert in gun laws in their state. Most truck drivers just keep asking strangers until some random stranger tells them what they wanted to hear, with no regard to what state is involved, or is it still 1987.
