A whole lot of words with zero references, names, or other specifics. About as truthful of an article as truckers sitting at the lunch counter. The article didn’t state her occupation, but, I’m guessing she wasn’t a truck driver?

There are several articles about her being the world's oldest. Did she not exist? It could be fake news. I just read it today.

No - a “Ghost Stool” is defined as

“Nothing on paper, nothing in the bowl”

Did it really happen? You know it did, you were there - but there is NO evidence.

    Very spooky.

I drink 4 bottles of this kefir (think liquid yogurt) a week, it’s seriously tasty and is full of probiotic bacteria, including three different strains of bifidobacterium.

My Grandfather was 104 when he died. He ate mostly venison, vegetables fresh and canned from his own garden, dried salmon, fresh salmon, and clams he dug himself.
He loved coffee, sugar, tobacco, and a drink of whiskey in the evening but he did none of those things to excess.
Until he was in his late 90s he camped out every year, a couple of weeks for the salmon run, and a couple of weeks picking huckleberries. He quit doing that when his friends and family members had mostly died off. His brothers all lived pretty much like him and lived well into their 90s.
He took no pills, used no supplements. He got his exercise splitting kindling and keeping a garden well into his late 90s.
He liked to sit on the front porch. He also liked to walk.
He never cared much for television. He said "All those people pretending to be someone else are just liars".
He never spent a night in the hospital or saw any doctor. He liked the dentist though. With new teeth every couple of years. he could chew all the venison jerky and dried salmon he wanted.
