Have you been to Denver yet?
Just be warned. It varies a lot actually. Some are surprisingly civilised and some are dreadful. I have seen knife fights, a guy cooking a pigeon on a stick, guys chewing khat. I trying avoid truck stops and use rest areas to sleep. And some of those have bad people, felons and junkies. I do get fuel or things like small parts, lights or oil at truck stops. I even had one let me use a ladder and pop in a trailer light. Big thanks to the service manager. They usually say hell no because they want you to pay them. Just imagine being an employee or manager of one of these places. Be glad you don't work there and deal with the trash or some of the crazy people. I am hearing a lot about tow trucks wont go to the truck stops due to the biological waste. They refuse to lay in pee and crap. Uber won't go in there, mobile truck mechanic guys refuse, other companies won't go there. It has to change. It's getting bad. No other industry would tolerate this.

    Remember,

Always better to be the stabber, rather than the stabbee..... ;)

I went through the eastern part of Denver headed to a drop and hook. Never to a truck stop there in the city. Oh man, the wind just north eastern Denver was so bad it about blew my trailer clear into the other lane. The dust storm was pretty bad too. I couldn’t see 20’ in front of my truck

Ya got that right! Can’t wait for the laws to change odor us sitting ducks! A lot of ills could be solved and/or avoided if we could just protect ourselves. But, some would rather be sitting ducks:rolleyes:

Some people who have trouble communicating in certain languages like ours have been the worst offenders of biological waste in truck stops. I’ve seen a few in the act. Eye bleach please!!

Thursday, my wife will be officially a full time passenger seat warmer. I really can’t wait! Our house sold after only being on the market since yesterday afternoon and we got our asking price!
Still not making anything on it but at least it won’t go to foreclosure and it’ll help our credit. Now we’re looking for a place to buy near Grenada, Ms.

The stabbee always gets the point!

The stabber usually end up being a cut above the rest.

    Stabbing jokes are quite piercing.
