Driver charged with dui & murder

Once upon a time i agreed with drivers that mistakes happen and mercy is warranted. Now we see storys like this every #### day.

I hope they quite literally hang the DUI moron. The effects of DUI have been known for decades. Somuchso that at this point if you drink and drive, you do so because you WANT to kill someone. And it SHOULD be tried as premeditated and especially vicious first degree murder.

Fedwrex needs a long ### time in prision minimum. At this point the only way your going to get it into the heads of these morons is if driving like a total ####### gets you some major pentaltys.

 

Said in the article he was under the influence of marijuana and had been awake for 24 hours prior. Weed is ok to smoke and drive - right? It's basically legal all over.

2 of the poor darned workers were 24 year old kids. Heck of a way to go.

Probably looking at 20+ years.

 

Same thing as a DUI imo. If your under effects of a mind altering drug that makes it unsafe to drive. You should get hit with the book, the table and the chair for good measure.

 

100% agree.

But we also need a category for people like that Chris Watts guy who took out his whole family in CO. Just because that brand of evil needs a category separate from dui homicide. Both are reprehensible but not the same category.
