Accurate onboard truck and trailer air scale

Agreed. And i never liked right weigh. Every time i used it in my pete it was wrong. No matter how many times i calebrated it or replaced it. Always wrong.

Meanwhile air guages.

54.5 and 57.4

80k dead on within 200 pounds every single time. I also have a level in the truck for both truck and trailer. For every degree off center go down 1 psi towards the slope and up by 1 away from the slope. Accurate to within 500

I went Right weigh analog in the truck in the dash - it's close as I need. The 53' trailer had a digital in a box Right weigh and that was real accurate.

 

I like mine to be in the truck with me that I just look at my gauges and go.

But that's a good way to cut some work out if you don't need to have them in the truck with you.

 

with the dump it was nice to have it in the cab to load and go, this one is just to tell me how far around the scale I need to go

 

I have mine mounted on side of the headboard, this way I can see it as there loading me. No need to be hopping in and out of the truck.

 

Never had an issue with mine. One thing I do after getting loaded to get a more accurate weigh, I’ll roll the truck forward or backwards a little so it can settle. Every time I scale the steel loads, it’s right on the money with the Right Weigh.

 

It’s 2025, No need to drill your dashboard or truck frame to install extra gauges and bulky plastic boxes.

Fair but i tried just about everything to get mine to work, even when i was literally on a scale it would be wrong. Hell had one time where i drove onto a scale, calibrated it ON the scale. Then drove around the yard and back on and it showed my truck had gained 15,000 pounds calibrated it again, drove around again. My truck had lost 4000 pounds. I figured it was busted so replaced the whole system and the next one worked for about a week and went wonky again. Went ahead and replaced all my airlines after that and looked for leaks of which there were none, same issues. Replaced it again but had a diffrent shop do it. Same thing worked for about a week then went dumb.

No idea why but i had nothing but bad luck with the system. My air guages work great though so who knows.

 

Bought in 2018 & had nothing but problems with it. App was especially problematic.

Maybe they improved it over the years.
