Watch out with BASC TRUCKING these people are snakes never wanna fix there equipment they just Mickey mouse everything never pay on time if you need anything they never answer but when they need anything they will call when I was taking truck back to them because I got another job I told them I'm going to drop off my stuff then I will take your truck back so they remotely shut off truck and came to pick it up to make it seem like I abandoned the truck when I was talking with dispatch letting him know that as soon as I'm done I will take it then when I was done I will call when I'm done so when I called to let him know I was done the truck didn't start so he said let me call the boss,he .and because I was always complaining about me getting my checks late I was getting them on Tuesdays or Wednesdays when it was suppose to be Fridays and now they don't want to pay me

Hate to say it but you dug your own grave by continuing to drive for them knowing the equipment wasn't repaired correctly, letting them slow pay you and disrespecting your time.

You already knew they were a bunch of dirtbags; so what did you think they were going to do when you put in notice to leave? That was a big mistake. Almost as bad as continuing to run for them after they didn't pay on time.

This is a classic playbook from scam trucking companies. They operate with deception, manipulation, and zero accountability. Never trust these kinds of companies with your future — they will Mickey Mouse repairs, avoid responsibility, delay your pay, and when you push back, they’ll retaliate by shutting down trucks remotely and twisting the narrative to make it seem like you abandoned the job.

    Here’s the best advice:
If you're planning to leave a company like this, never announce your next move. Quietly line up your next job, drive the truck to the nearest hotel near an airport, and fly home the next day or head straight to your next company. Once you're gone, just text or email the truck location — don't give them a chance to trap you.
These companies are often owned by foreign operators who’ve figured out how to exploit the American Dream. They use underfunded equipment, avoid paying drivers, and believe the American legal system is too slow or too weak to protect workers — so they steal as much as they can, invest as little as possible, and keep repeating the cycle with new drivers.

They thrive off desperation. But you don’t have to fall for it.
    Document everything, file reports with:

    FMCSA Fraud Division (www.fmcsa.dot.gov)

Department of Labor – Wage Theft (www.dol.gov)

    State Attorney General
, and make YouTube videos and post it on other social media so people will never fall for it they'll become more visible their crime become more visible
And most importantly: spread the word. Protect other drivers from being used and abused like this.

Now you know to not say anything until you get truck back to terminal and why truck drivers don’t give 2 week notices, they’ll shut truck down.

Is anyone even remotely surprised to see an Illinois address attached to this outfit?
