Job hopping repercussions in the trucking industry?

I think you'll make a lot more money with the ones I posted over Schneider.

 

Don't see fuel trucks (class A) being completely void of humans for QUITE some time.

Ditto for flatbed.

Too many side issues that cameras & computers just can't solve.....

Replacing dispatchers & load planners with "robots" is easy (technically & legally) compared to trucks. Why aren't most trucking companies using robot dispatchers & load planners?

There's no prize for accurately guessing when it will happen and everyone will know it has happened at the same time.

In the good ol days, job hopping was common. But with the internet, you should be able to find what you're looking for.
That's not to say you'll be set to retirement. Anything can happen like downsizing, bankruptcy, bought out by micromanaging bean counters, kid takes over & runs it into the ground, etc. But these days, you pretty much know what you're getting into if you do your homework.

 

I don't think job hopping will ever go away because most carriers will tell a driver anything to get him in the door and once said driver gets in and realizes it's not what he was told it was going to be he leaves accordingly.
