Snackbar is chillin'....at Shaffer

I'll try a new fuel solution after I deviate from it's "suggested" route. Mine only has the reefer fuel amount on the 2nd stop as well.

 

My wife giggles every time I say I am picking up at Conagra...the first time I said that name, she thought I said Viagra. I told her that I wouldn't want to haul 43k lbs of Viagra without an armed guard following me. Besides, every time the wind blew, the trailer would stand straight up in the air (if it stood up for more than 4 hrs, I would have to call for help )

 

Talked to an Admin in Deland about this fuel solution deal. She said they haven't been told that they are changing to specific amounts for reefer fuel, but they aren't always informed at the terminal level until after changes are made. She said she would check with the boss and let me know. I hope it's just a glitch, it would be a PITA to have to ask for a change in solutions just to top off a reefer before dropping it at a customer. I'd bet there would be a lot of trailers dropped without being topped off.
