Unless changed Cities can also changes to make streets not permitted for truck to be open for them usually due new business they normally hold a city meeting, and regardless normally still get a pass because its money the city wants like a Walmart in a neighborhood no one wanted. I guess the local residents got the last laugh they have more theft there then any other walmart in the town...
