Overweight tickets don’t go on a carrier’s CSA, so they won’t be in the driver’s PSP, so not sure how future companies would know about overweight tickets because they also don’t show up on a driver’s MVR.

Okie dokie, if you say so. I’ve hauled a lot of livestock and Ag loads and I’ve gotten quite a few overweight tickets over the years. Even the ones in the $5-800 range didn’t show up on my “criminal record”. They’re not a moving violation.

Arkansas used to be 100 minimum, plus depending on location .04-.10/ per pound over.
They were gonna get super strict in over 90k loads without out permits.. I dunno if they have. -

They were talking about taking you to jail in Arkansas if over 100k for “destruction of state property” for bridges and roads.
