I totally didn't forget that Labor Day is on Monday. Definitely not
I knew for sure it was next Monday.

Delivered my load of Kawasaki’s this morning in great falls. Then was stopped by Montanas finest for a random roadside inspection. It was driver only, but still passed with flying colors. (I’d like to know the source of that saying)
Next load is a Crete to Mt Juliet with a Sunday evening load time of 1700-2100. How large of a grain of salt should I take that? Or is that just FCCs window they are giving me to pick it up? Van side operates much differently it feels like to me.DonRobbie Thanks this. -
In my experience Crete was hit or miss. I think it depends on how busy they are and if there’s a ton of live loads. Does it have a trailer assigned to it? If it does you could check and see where it’s parked at, if it’s in one of the empty rows or not.
Goody3635 and MidWest_MacDaddy Thank this. -
No trailer assigned as of yesterday. I’ll check that when I empty out with this round trip. Thanks

majority of the time it is...unless they're running 12 hours behind.
I was pissed the last time that happened because I could've taken a 34 at home but dispatch never said anything until I had left home and was halfway there. I was also sicker than a dog that Saturday for some reason. There wasn't much I could do though so I just had to put up with itFriend Thanks this. -
Is Blue Buffalo in Richmond, IN a live load or preload?
Friend Thanks this. -
Should be a drop and hook.Friend, Knucklehead, MidWest_MacDaddy and 2 others Thank this.

I think I've always dropped and hooked at Blue Buffalo.

Okay it said live load on load info but gives me a wide open window so I wasn't sure
Friend Thanks this. -
When you get there you have to park in the staging area and walk up to the guard shack. They’ll take your info and then tell you how to get around back. Then go in the office on the back side to get your paperwork. Empties on the right, loaded trailers are against the building. Then one copy of the BOL goes back to the guard and they check your seal.
I always came and left to the west, but I trusted my air gauge. If you leave to the east to go check your weight at Loves you’ll have to cross the IN scale when you get on.Knucklehead, wulfman75, MidWest_MacDaddy and 1 other person Thank this.
