According to the computer I was well in the 40's for mpg with the cruise set at 76 on flat land.

It has Michelin Energy Saver tires which probably help. They've been on since leaving the factory but no dry rotting to be found and still has fairly decent tread left.

Battery looks original though so that will be replaced before winter.

What does that mean, good? I'm an old, fat guy. I'm looking for the easiest option.

We're looking at Honda's Passport and Pilot. Come to find out that most of their 26 models don't have SXM. Deal breaker.

    Friend and cdavis188 Thank this.

Put the SXM app on your phone (it’s free as long as you have an acct) and run it through Apple Carplay

Friend, Knucklehead and cdavis188 Thank this.

Bad part about that is it's wifi based, not satellite. And you know how bad phone signal is in some places around here.

We decided to get a 25 Pilot. It has SXM, and can tow 5000#.

Friend, mitrucker and Rugerfan Thank this.

is the Passport or Pilot the smaller one of the two? I know someone who wants something a bit bigger than her Ford Escape. I told her to look at Highlander's and Passports/Pilots because they're top quality vehicles. I just know that going up the SUV chain means you're gonna pay for it

The pilot is larger than the passport

Pilot has 3 rows of seats, Passport 2. Passport is predominately an off-road car, tho they do have them with regular suspensions too.

In that size range I would prefer the Nissan Pathfinder or Infiniti QX60
