In order for anything to show on a PSP it has to be associated with an inspection, and he wasn’t in a truck.

So you're saying if someone got a speeding ticket in there personal vehicle it wouldn't show up on your CSA or PSP. What i really meant to say it will show up on your driving record at least a warning seat belt ticket i 10 years ago did.

“A PSP record contains a commercial driver's 5-year crash history and 3-year inspection history from the FMCSA Motor Carrier Management Information System.” So to answer your question, no.

It would show up on your MVR which I think FCC pulls at least twice a year. Many years ago I worked for a carrier that at the time only pulled your MVR annually and they discovered a driver had been driving on a suspended license for months (he had a DUI in his car).

I have nothing interesting to add to the mvr discussion.

but, I did deliver a load of fence to Riverside LAST Monday

Then picked up train parts from Mira Loma CA that went to Red Oak Iowa for last Thursday.

From there picked up a load of granite slabs from Lincoln that was destined for Eagan MN for last Friday.

Friday picked up a load of stone block from Shakopee MN that went to Omaha that I got to drop in council bluffs.

From there, got to this current load that was a one stop Kawasaki load from Lincoln going to Williston ND. Took a 34 in Fremont. Just delivered the load and on my way back to drop this trailer in Fremont for my go home load.

    …..pig food to Tosh

those Tosh Foods loads are always fun. If it's from Aurora, make sure you don't open the doors any more than you have to. Thankfully they're pretty quick on the receiving end, even if it's out in the middle of BFE

I was planning on being down in Texas with my load yesterday, but since I got roped in to being the DD for my roommate and a couple of his bandmates, I ended up not getting home until about 3:30 yesterday morning. By the time i slept, got up, got my #### together and made it to ACT, it was already 5 pm.

So i left out at 2:30 this morning, made my delivery in Rockwall, and right now I'm at J&C in Wilmer for a load to Ohio. Apparently most stuff is a DNH here now. My clock is almost spent though so I will meander up to the drop yard, call it a day and then escape DFW under the cover of darkness

Differences between me and another lease driver:

My APU ran all night, they idled their truck all night. Now it could be broken, but since they're in a newer lease truck than I am, that doesn't really bode too well if #### is already breaking.
