Knee has to be the worse. At least with an ankle, you can wear tall boots and help it out some.

 

Yet , we likely agree on the heart.

 

I feel for you. I did something to mine couple weeks ago, where the Achilles was painful as all get out. Kind of tripped and caught myself but the foot landed wrong, but by the look of that ankle swell...yeah, lay it up elevated for a few days if you can.

 

And just before signing on, one of my crowns came out and almost got crunched in half. You know, this modern dentistry sucks. I had crowns and fillings that last most of 60 years, and this new stuff comes out within a year if you actually use your teeth to chew. Wife had a couple, too. It's this so-called activator glue they use to attach the crowns now i think.

So it looks like either I go to the dentist to get it put back in, or continue with hauling the cement away because it got delayed by the truck overheating. Found the fluid low, and will deal with finding any leak, and flushing etc, after the concrete is done. ::sigh::
