Well #### it… I was just starting to like Maverick too… ugh

Guess they are taking on a Less Than Full Truck Stop brand level… like car manufacturers and other companies do… here’s our Lincoln Line and here’s our Mercury Line approach to Marketing.

I’ll still stop, but really not thrilled to know they are tied into one of the bigger boys in the market.

 

Just a coincidence in naming or just two separate businesses but still owned by the same people?

They purchased Maverik a year or two after the merger with Pilot.

All the big players have their hands in so many things it isn’t funny. Pilot has a wholesale distribution company called Tartan Oil that has a few other companies under it. You could be a small station buying product from Saratoga, basically buying it from your competition because Saratoga is a Tartan company that is owned by Pilot.

 

Saratoga is out here on the west coast a lot. They do def for pilot, and are out here hot and heavy hauling fuel for pilot. They take forever.

Tonsil… doesn’t seem to actually do anything but is allowed to stay around until they become a real Pain in the Neck and then they must be removed… (it’s a stretch but all I could come up with)
