Looking at the paint on the right side compared to the rest of the car it's probably been sideswiped.

Missed that the first time. You are correct though. I would pass at that price with those two doors and fender being off color.

 

Not to mention it’s an absolute turd of a car to begin with.

Well, there's the... how about... OK the uh... uh... well... the Monte Carlos weren't COMPLETE piles of trash... most of the time. At least they are all cheap to fix.

They were kinda turd-like for the EXACT same reason you can get a new big truck these days that isn't a choice between what flavor of turd sandwich you want to eat.... (EPA)

This is pretty basic too. Wind up windows. It doesn't even have a passenger side mirror. At least it has the 4 barrel 350 instead of the 2. So it won't be a complete dog. You could get it with a Buick 455 but those are rare to find
