I go to LA all the time there are usually little gravel pull offs on the 15 and the 10 leading in . Especially just before the 210. Doesn't really matter how you cut it. you will sit your ### in traffic sooner or later.

 

Depends on the time of day. I’d go straight up the 5 at night, otherwise from Santa Ana I’d take the 57 to the 210 to the 5.

 

Check Google maps before you go to make sure there’s not a major accident on those routes.
