Great resolution pictures - I can see where @wore out explanation of ‘drop shipping’ could explain - but wouldn’t that have been evident on installation?
Or would a drop weaken the gear without visibility?
Sorry to see that - at least , like you say - didn’t grenade 1,000 miles from your home 20.Gatordude, cke, exhausted379 and 7 others Thank this. -
That doesn’t look too bad. I stopped ordering omelets a while back, because nobody seems to know how to make a tasty one.
Usually they’re more of a quiche burrito - bland - or worse.
Gretchen makes a good one - fluff the eggs, precook ingredients and dump them in - fold it like a quesadilla, flip once and serve.
Yeah I know - go to the Martha Stewart thread . . .cke, exhausted379, The_vett and 10 others Thank this. -

No sir. Even when it trashed the gears, it didn't have enough damage to get out of time. Never had any valve damage.Gatordude, The_vett, broke down plumber and 7 others Thank this.

Not having cut a block in 25+ years, that first hole was a bit nerve racking. Took my measurements, cut, measured, rinse, repeat.
Couldn't trust my measurements enough to just cut. So I'd pull the tool, drop the liner with shim, torque, check protrusion, pull the liner, and reset the the tool.
Took me three hours to cut the one hole last night. Think I've got the process backbdown. Hopefully today goes quicker.
D.Tibbitt, broke down plumber, cke and 18 others Thank this. -
