I went through there Thursday night... probably just hours before this happened... it was pretty nasty then. There was pretty bad slow down for a couple of 4 wheelers that had lost it.wulfman75 Thanks this.

So I'm curious, do these guys get fired on the spot? Are they going home right from there? On their own at this point?
Trucker61016 Thanks this. -
There’s absolutely zero excuse for this BS happening… Either slow down or pull off and park somewhere to the conditions improve… There ain’t no freight anybody pulls worth wrecking over

I was in Columbus,Ohio around 1pm when the storm started hitting the area. Barely an inch and a half on the ground by 2 pm and there are already four wheelers and 18 wheelers alike, slipping and sliding off into the median and the ditches along I-71 between Columbus and Cincinnati. As soon as I got to Kentucky, I told my dispatch that I was shutting it down for the night and waiting for the storm to pass,as I had to head back up to Columbus today. They were warning about this storm for sometime, it was projected to dump between 4 to 8 inches of snow across parts of Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

The engine came factory in his dads 1970 Pontiac Grand Prix model SJ with this 455 stage 1 engine…mjd4277 and Cattleman84 Thank this.
