I don't ask for a finders fee fom Nick Ward, he has just been a great person to work for. So far ( not normal) he has just assigned me to people like AECOM and or Arc/bst, and they actually leave me alone. I turn in completed loads to Inland, but rarely discuss loads to them. He has regular fleet drivers that run 11 west, some run east/west, Some run dedicated.

I'm not interested in finders fees either. Fees would tend to encourage companies for the fees and not what's in the best interest of the driver. So far, Inland has an excellent reputation and I have recommended the company to drivers, based on what the drivers are looking for.
