Sign of the times perhaps not a good look is it? The interesting part is the world economy looked much worse around March 2020 following the Covid crisis stock markets crashing around 30 % in a few weeks yet rebounded and gained some 119 % by early 2022 till the US fed started hiking interest rates followed by another decline in stocks. However by October 2022 markets started to rebound again, what is interesting about all of this is everything is looking so bleak not just the trucking industry but large companies have filed for bankruptcy during 2025 including Tricolour Holdings, Burger King, Hooters, Uptown Pharmacy, Joann Inc, Nikola Corp, Royal Paper, and Michigan Health clinics. Despite this the US stock market continues to climb, with the big seven tech stocks account for a good portion of the 12 % gain over 2024 Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, Nvidia, Apple, Google, Tesla. What do investors know that the public does not?
