I’ve been noticing that this company has been hiring a lot of new people that you can’t pronounce their names. A lot of them from the Middle East. They run them through like cattle while they tear up everything they touch. Schneider should know better

They do. Believe it or not, the foreign born drivers are indistinguishable from native born when looking at costs and performance. At least once they 'passed ' the training phase. They do fail out of training at higher rates, but once in their own trucks they perform the same as the guys in their 30s and 40s coming from warehouse/labor jobs.

One guy was in training with me. He couldn’t tell the difference between the highway number and the speed limit and he ran red lights during training but they hired him anyway. He went through Schneider training 4 times before he “passed.” I highly doubt he’s in a truck now. I deal with truck herders like him everyday and I wish they got sent back to wherever they came from! Let them herd trucks in their own country.

Waiting to get live unloaded, then off to Lima for a load headed to Seville as a relay. After that we’ve got to do a 34 reset and we’re going to do it at Pilot #13.

Rejected trailer at shipper- throws my reset off a day. We’ll be there on the 12th… unless another clown show happens.
