What experience is required for an O/O to hire a driver

Ask your insurance company.
Probably 25+ 2-3 years experience

 

I’d imagine that depends how much more you want to pay said insurance company to cover them

 

First and foremost, you have to find out what your insurance company requires. Secondly, you need to ask yourself, how many years of experience would you feel comfortable with driving your equipment.
