It flushes your kidneys and removes more water than you consumed. Beer and coffee are a diuretic, does the same thing as taking water pills.
If you get headaches after a night of drinking it’s caused by dehydration.
Want to eliminate the headaches drink lots of water in between beers..

 

Never had a kidney stone, had some family members who did, doesn’t look like I’d enjoy it much

I joke with mine that I knew that I married Mrs Right, but I didn’t know at the time her first name was Always.

 

I have it as well. I got prescribed uloric and it works great to prevent flare ups. I can pretty much eat what ever I want. Talk to you doctor about it.
