The sweet sounds of chains on a highway packed with snow, and only traveling 25 mph at the most.......I'll do it anytime!

In Dallas in warm weather getting offloaded late at night. I'm gonna have to engage in unorthodoxed parking practices again for another 7 hours.

 

Tried the weather forecast thing and it definitely led me astray last night. The winter storm warning ended at 4pm pacific... unfortunately Old Station, CA didn't get the message. All said and done I chained 3 times on the trip from Susanville to Redding.

Doesn't look like either route is going to be a bargain weather wise from what I'm reading...

Hilliard, OH. Recuperating It's been one of those anything-that-can-go-wrong-will kind of days so far. I want to just crawl back into bed and pull the blankets over my head and have a good cry.
