Last time I was stuck in Laredo there were a few of us chatting on the CB.
we ended up with lawn chairs, grill and cooler full of beer on the deck of an empty flatbead having a cookout. Lmao ended up having so much food from drivers bringing stuff it was a free food call over the CB.

Sitting at the TA at exit 472 on 20 in Dallas crying like a girl after having to back the dang truck through an entire metal yard. I had to back around 7 corners, around two loaders and good God I don't know what else. It took 45 minutes. And at the end my husband said "piece of cake". Yeah right. piece of cake. I think I want to go home now.

I think I know where you were...I was in that yard a couple of months back...what a piece of work that place was, only I was lucky...there was (relatively) plenty of room at the time I was in there.....glad you survived it!

Heading out in the morning for a pick-up in WI headed to up above Rome, NY.

    Texas-Nana Thanks this.
