Ya know, when you go into a truckstop and hear some older dudes talkin about BS on something that they think they know about, you you think in your head LOL he had absolutley no idea about what hes talkin about?? Thats whats its like with most of you on this board.

Yes, #### us for pulling on the accumulated experience of a couple of centuries. Especially for listening to real drivers who were doing this job when some newbies were still a distant gleam in their mother's eye. How, oh how, can we live with ourselves? Oh, that's how. By ignoring rookie drivers who don't know how to do their job yet. Especially when said rookie is now a trainer for one of the worst outfits on the road today.
What's really sad is that I remember when Werner was a good company to drive for. And I'm sure some of the "Senior Citizens" on this board can remember back that far, too. Too bad the Werner of today hasn't got a patch on the Werner of 15-20 years ago.123456, outerspacehillbilly and ronin Thank this. -
true that.....

Really? You're complaining that your trainee screwed up.... while under your control, because you weren't paying attention. Until someone cycles an act, like releasing the brakes, a bunch of times, they don't develop repetitive memory.
And WE have no idea what we're talking about? You're hiding in the sleeper, doing who knows what, not paying attention to your trainee and you think its ok to attack other people about what they know? With all your one year of experience?
Put away the porn, put your clothes back on, and get in the jump seat so you can do your job.Rerun8963 and outerspacehillbilly Thank this. -
I think everyone has made their points quite clearly. Please let the discussion die with this thread, I'd hate for other parts of the forum to get sidetracked by the participants picking fights with each other.
Rerun8963, Working Class Patriot and misterG Thank this.
