Hey all,
During this Christmas season, slow down, be careful on the road, and count your blessings.
One of my drivers was driving into the yard to take off on his weakly run out east. A young man driving his girlfriend in her new car crossed the median and hit my driver's 4-wheeler head on. The police estimated the the other man and his girlfriend were traveling at about 110 mph when they lost control and hit my driver between 85-105 mph.
Thankfully my driver is expected to recover and be good to drive in 6-8 months. He's lucky to be alive, just serves as a reminder as to how lucky we all are. Please say a prayer for a speedy and complete recovery. He's a good driver but a better friend.

Went up to the hospital tonight. He's doing well and in very good spirits. Depending on how his recovery goes it could be as little as 2 months or as long as 6-8. Let's hope for the lesser of the two, guess that's a bit of good news that it could be sooner.
Thanks everyone, I appreciate it.
JPbullhaulerswife and deadeyetrucker Thank this.
