dear usa drivers,
we are being bambusselled by this company. I am in firm belief that they hired that new vp for the purpose of driving the stock price down, he absolutely, positively SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! this new system has been a debacle since he arrived, our stock price has dropped by half since he came here. They have took the power of our fm's to asssign loads and given everything to the lc's. the only job our fm's have is to make sure we have enough hours to complete run, get enough miles for the week and make sure that we get home. before july i was average around 2700 miles as a solo, now that i am a trainer, I am averaging less that 2500. It is unbelievable that drivers wanna run and can not get loads to move, I know it is the slow time of the year but a trainer truck with a full 70 clock should be able to move more than 1000 miles in 1 week. I used to say if you are not getting miles it is your own fault, but since this new system I can no longer say that to any driver. It feels like they are trying to push us out the door....... All you other drivers on here can try to refute my statements how ever you want to, but i know how many miles i drove last year as a solo and how many i am getting now and the prospects from my situation look bleak. FM's do have some control over the load assignments. They can choose a load off the board before the LC has time to assign you a load. Many FM's do that if there are loads available on the board to keep the driver happier. Although, sometimes they can't do that depending on the loads the LC wants to assign you... because some customers are more important to USA then others.

Bud of mine, delivering today (this morning). Loading tomorrow afternoon, delivers Tuesday afternoon....400 miles.

The problem is not with this new VP, it's with the board and the CEO. Last week I was on home time, I found out another person in my upgrade class got fired last week. I won't get into the details, but he has found another job and is starting orientation tomorrow or tuesday. He told me the starting cpm is better and they promised him many more miles a week then he got at USA Truck.Last edited: Dec 11, 2011

No sir and as i stated earlier this week on here my FM sent a message on the Qualcomm stating that they are looking to turn them up if your idle time and fuel economy are good which mine are.Have had no fuel reviews all year
