smith transport?

How many companies does US Xpress have a piece of or own???

 

Let me see Smith Transport,Abilene Express,Total, and Arnold Transportation.....

 

just finished an app with them,what is it that you need info on?

 

The owner of USX ( MAX FULLER ) has part interest if not all interest in those companies- but USX does not own all those companies - and on the grapevine i have heard that Abeliene has bought themself back and Smith has it in court to buy themselves back from Max and i have heard that Arnold / C&C is close to buying themselves back from Max------ I have worked for USX and Smith Neither one are work spitting on- usx is low mileage therefore low pay and Smith will find a way to screw you out of your bonus if you are entitled to one- i was entitled to one ($1440) only got half - i only got hometime of 9 days in that quarter out 5wks home 3 days out 4wks home 3 days - out 4wks home 3 days (((THIS WAS MY CHOICE TO GET THE BONUS ))) the a/c was out in the apu or the truck or both during this time (July August September ) worst day 107 inside truck at consignee (foodlion salisbury nc) no driver lounge to wait in arrived 0830 appt 0900 departed 1530 22 pallets all of same product- in other words not a hard shipment to check in by LMS (the lumper service) that stands for "Lets Move Slowly" held 4 hours and no detention pay from Smith- i dont recommend either company usx or smith
