Where are you

It's 30 past midnight and I must finish planning my stops for tomorrow, my hrs... eat a fruit salad cause no time to cook and maybe wash myself (or not) and go to bed. Yesterday I took my 10 hr break at a Walmart supercenter parking lot in IN, very quiet, very nice... So much better than truck stops or rest areas... No noisy trucks, lots of space, did my groceries... But tonight I came to shipper in Des Plaines, IL... no truck here but folks here work 24 hrs and the only dock there is, where I am, is right next to the smoking area... Darn... I closed the window but the smell of smoke.... it will impregnate this truck for a week... Funny, there was absolutely nobody here when I arrived at 22:00... The dock is like a narrow driveway off a narrow street... and I did my backing in the middle of the street, in the dark in 3 mins and got it PERFECT!!!! OH!! I AM SO THANKFUL AND PROUD OF MYSELF!! Then, as I was sitting in the truck doing my paperwork, one guy/worker came out for a cigaret and stared at me, then another and then another... and soon there were several guys smoking right next to the truck and staring at me.... I had to roll up the window and close my curtain...

 

My dear Rocks, the men were smitten with your beauty and they all wanted to get a peek. They were probably highly disappointed when you didn't get out and grace them with your presence. They were probably transplanted yompers.

At the house got in last night..

I think today is going to be spent cleaning up the BMW, then I will take it out on the back roads and thrash it.....

 

Sure wish Giggles would throw me her house keys.. It appears I will be in the Dallas area awhile.
