reefer drivers

I still can't believe some so-called truckers have the nerve to even start threads like this

 

Wonder what people did in the "olden" days, when reefers were really, really loud?? Todays reefers, can barely be heard. As to start/stop vs continous, as a company driver, I do what the boss tells me to do. His truck, his reefer, his fuel bill, his rules, and I'm perfectly ok with that.

 

If it was'nt for reefers running all night there would be alot of unhappy customers and spolied food.The noise bothers you then buy ear plugs,problem solved.I welcome reefer drivers to park next to me when im over the road,the noise puts me to sleep.

I'm parked between to reefers, and got one in front, and I counted 8 on the back row.
Is their a barrel of open beer I should know about?

You know what I hate?? The flatbedder that high-idles his Cat 3406 with the 8" straight pipes all night...or the guy that hits his jakes going into the fuel isle at 1am...or the fatty who dumps his gallon jug of piss right next to my door...or the lazy ### that won't pick up after his dog when it ##### in the middle of the parking lot...or the ### that throws his wad of chew on my truck because the company I work for somehow wronged him...or the ###### who throws his bag of trash on the ground when the trash can is in plain sight 3 feet away. I can go on and on.

The bottom line is that truckers in general are selfish. Deal with it.
