Driver Rankings

Company is still simple. Sign in at a kiosk or www.swiftdrivers.com - Go to "MY INFO" and click...bottom right hand side will display "DRIVER RANKINGS"

 

What does the driver rankings do

 

Your ranking determines the amount of your quarterly safety bonus and if you reach Platinum or Diamond it allows you choice of load assignment.

 

Sounds like an Amway scam.....

 

First thing I thought of as well. Was waiting for someone to start drawing circles and asking me how many people I knew. (Yeah I've been through them)

 

I just love the terminology that companies come up with nowadays to make drivers feel like they've achieved something....

...and the company I drive for, Crete, doesn't have Driver Managers. They're "Asset Managers"....almost as bad as Diamond, Platinum, Titanium, and Bullcrapium....so I'm not pickin' on Swift. It's just part of the new, modern, "progressive", computer-matrix-driven approach to truckin' that I won't miss a bit when I finally leave it.

 

When I worked for them many moons ago, I got choice loads early and often but none ran me home. A great tool for the company to easily id top drivers for their top customers.

 

Yes I thought something was "off" when I was surfing around the new laid out Swift owner web portal, just couldn't put my finger on it. Read your post and searched around but cannot find the driver rankings either.

The rankings show the total number of loads we have pulled this year, % on time delivery, service failure % and preventable accidents, how many tens of thousands of miles we have driven etc.

I did notice that someone finally went in and fixed that embarrassing typo from "Bill of Laddings" to "Bills of Lading" lol.

 

I can't figure out why if your running Walmart you total lose your rank that's just dumb were still drivers and deserve that Bonus as well that needs fixed.

I also notice my days dispatch has Froze and my loads are counting down instead of up and my mileage is also going down every week I run Walmart I was at 130,000 now I'm at 102,000.

I am still a OTR driver but I run out of Walmart DC helping out

Not right we don't get Bonus or Rank oh well wonder why they can't keep drivers just another they will be losing after I get 1'more yr exp
