ACH, Hope you get back in and stay busy

 

Dont feel bad ACH, the bottom 30% of the senority list (me included) just went to on call.

 

I hear ya. Im driving my girl crazy being home. She is used to me being at work 10-14 a day and now she has to share the tv with me.

 

lol! I have the tv to myself. My wife puts in 12 hour days on average. She's getting annoyed by my lack of work though, as am I. Just been doing things around the house to keep busy. Gonna give it a couple more weeks and start applying to other jobs more aggressively. We could totally live off my wife's pay alone. She makes bank! That doesn't fly with her though nor would it with me, being a man and all. Already sucks making 3 times less than her but not working, no way.

 

Hey cool, I hear you. But sometimes you just have to "swallow your pride and go along for the ride." Like everything else, this too will change.

The best part of a good marriage is the partnership involved. When something happens to one, the other steps in and picks up the slack. Likely to be reversed several times, during an average marriage.

The only shame to be had, is when one or the other just quits trying to better themselves.

 

Well your definitely right about that. I have had to swallow my pride quite a few times with her already. I think it's getting a little old. I just need to find something steady. To be honest it is mostly my pride. you're right about that. She is actually pretty easy going with the money thing. I just feel bad, I guess.
