Since you have never admitted fault for your failure, the last thing I would call your posts is honest.

I will gladly put the opinions of the others on this board regarding my honesty and integrity up against their opinion of you

And I am sure you do know what they say about opinions don't you.

I will not ever admit any fault or wrong doing for doing my job. I also refuse to work for a company that treats people less then pond scum!!!!

The other thing is how it seem you have all of the breaks, the best time off, hardly ever late at getting home. Concerts in Vegas, dinner at some of the really nice places to eat. Gee Craig, why is it that no one else has the luck and fortune you do working for a company that has one of the largest turn over rates?

It is because I work hard, work smart, have an amazing wife and partner and don't blame others for my mistakes. Pretty simple really. I do not expect you to understand.

As the wife of a newbie trucker, was not impressed with USX. We went with this company because they seemed like a good fit for a new trucker to get his feet wet and the right fit for our family. The recruiter told my husband that 3 wks training and he would be on his own. That turned out to be 5 wks., with a very nasty trainer. Basically, just a trainer just wanted alittle more pay and could care less about training correctly. Hubby trained on a dedicated route with one company but was placed with another company with different equipment and procedures. This resulted in a mistake on his part and his termination on his 1st week on the job. Not only did let him go but not communicate with dispatch and they ended up calling him to find out why he did not pick up a scheduled load. We wasted 6 wks. with this company!! Poor training, poor management and communication. Good luck to anyone who decides to drive for them--not all they advertise themselves to be!

You pretty much mean "Thank you, I needed someone else who was there less than 2 months to back me up instead of hearing from people who make it work."

Cant have a positive story, not around these parts!

We have to remember also that what is a fit for one person is not a fit for another. To each there own.

Now, lets put an end to the bickering before another thread gets shut down.
