Iv been inside that small cramped office, it's like a ####### circus.
Just watching them interact with each other was a comedy show in and of itself ..
Got a laugh out of it at least .

 

I walked in there once since one of them called me in for a favor. Everyone was on the phone and I waited. Several of them completed their calls and ignored me. Finally found out who had called me in and waited for him to complete his call. He did and didn't acknowledge me. Thought that was odd so I left without helping them out. That's how all Knight terminals operate but on the plus side the office staff turns over daily so eventually someone who gives a crap might get hired on for a week or two. Just shaking my head at the time I worked for that company.

 

So you have been driving for a year have had 2 jobs and looking to move to a third. My advice to stick it out some where get some exp then go drive for someone that's not a bottom feeder

 

Just got a call from knight refrigerated. Should I drive for them or go to Transport America? It's down two those two companies thus far. I'm just not sure what to do at this point.

 

Another avitar I like on here.Flintstones and Jetsons are my favorite cartoon characters.So are you knew to the trucking industry?Are you going to be going out with a trainer?What was it the recruiter said that you liked for both companies?You're not going to find a company that really suits you untill you get the exp.Both these companies have a bad reputation by many drivers along with hundreds and hundreds of other companies.Did you read the first post of this thread?You might wanna ask him what it's like.

 

been driving since 2001.Not new to this at all. Just want to get somewhere and stay.Hate moving around. All recruiters promise the moon,stars and the sun so ya can't really go by what they say.Just by what i read,transport America seems to have less mud thrown on them. Break out the lie detector and hook up each CEO and get the real truth.lol
