Of course it helps!
Drink three cups and do the 'drivers seat dance' as you try and find a place to stop!
Guaranteed you'll stay awake.
And the great thing about coffee is it's like an airplane....
Drink one cup and P 52.

That's much better for you. Keep in mind that coffee is very acidic and could be what tears up your stomach from occasional use. When people drink coffee daily, their systems adjust to the acidity, until it no longer can from lack of calcium intake/absorbtion, then your body starts using your bones and teeth to neutralize the acid and you become toothless and lame from bone loss.JoeyBowman Thanks this.

A 20 minute nap works best.
With the new HOS rules I never need to take naps anymore. I sleep plenty and at the same time everyday, pretty much. Not like the old rules, where I was always changing schedules and using sleeper berth line while at customers, waiting. -
I would give a big yes to a hot cup of java. Hanging my head out the window on a real cold day works real well also.

If you really think you need caffine, try Mountain Dew
otherwise, just keep chugging water.
You're pbly dehydrated as well as tired. If your pee is yellow, you're debydrated. It should be barely yellow, almost clear. Ok, yellow is allowed if you just woke up.
Cant say anything about TS coffee since i buy it green and roast it myself. I
use either a hot air popper or a heat gun/stainless bowl. now i cant stand gas station coffee!
