So Darrin Ming got terminated? Interesting. Cliff won't ever come right out and say it that the debt is what keeps them from turning a profit. He wont because he is the one responsible for accrueing the debt. It doesn't seem like the board is yet saying that Cliff is the one who should be shown the door.
