Home again for my 10, but I think it may be a bit longer. After dumping in McPherson, my lift axle would not lift. So I just left it down. This will be the 5th time this year I've had them work on it. It's an electrical problem, since it takes electricity to lift and hold it up. Now if that wasn't enough, while driving on the Turnpike, Topeka area, my low oil pressure warning light and bells come on, along with the check engine light. The oil pressure is fine, but I start to slow down, and they go off. This repeated itself within the next couple of minutes. I then discovered it would do this when I was running max RPMs, 1450-1500 rpm, 13th gear, 73 mph. Once the RPMs dropped below 1400 they would go off. Never had this happen before. The engine is full of oil. So I wrote it up once I made it back to the shop/yard.
Suppose to haul to McPherson again tomorrow morning. Will be hauling MAN-SAND, no women allowed to haul it..
Giggles: Hope your pain goes away. Don't you have air-ride? Maybe slow down so you don't bang around so hard in that cab. Since I finally thought about it again.... That big truck you had, the white one (KW900 I think), one with the huge sleeper? Is that a one of a kind? I could of swore I saw it a few weeks ago in McPherson. I mean it was identical if not the actual one.Giggles the Original Thanks this. -
