That's not our way. Let's be kind. I have always enjoyed a reefer next to me. But those who don't, most truck stops have a Hazmat area. Park out there. It's quiet, and the walk will do you good. I'm not making fun.

At the very back of the parking lot there should be a sign Hazmat Area. Unless some kids have stole the sign, They do, it will be there.
58Skylane Thanks this. -
I have an agreement with my company that when I am under a temp-controlled load, I run it on continuous at night. Like it was said earlier, whenever it shut off, or I thought it hadn't re-started, I woke up.
BUT, I do my best to park as far away from others as possible too.pawpaw1 Thanks this. -
The 76 in Bosie has one, go look. It says, Hazmat Parking. I saw it. Hauling loads during the Gulf war. It's in the very back. I'm old, but I saw what I saw. Bought my Cobra 148 GTL there.

I'll now be looking for them signs. I swear, of all these years, I don't think I've ever seen those Hazmat signs. -
I swear, most 76 Unical had a Hazmat parking area. Had to walk a long way to do anything. Just makes sense to put us in back. I had stuff that was under close eyes at all times. (guys wearing mirrored sunglasses) Don't want to know, Just paid well.

HazMat area. At the Truck Stop. Hmmm... we're talking about the dumpster!
