Dave had one MAJOR and one not quite so bad Stupid SDV People tricks.

Got sent to West Houston to a place I've been several times. Guy takes my pick up numbers in and another fellow comes out and shows where he sent a paper with the correct pick up location. Which happened to be on the far side of town in Deer Park!

The little one. Go to a place I go a LOT. Show my numbers. Get a phone call that load cancelled. So went to SDV to get the other stuff dispatched. JUST get parked ding "sorry, that load is back on" ###### JIM!

Anyhow finished up with a bit over 2600# going to Air France.

Trucks not allowed to park at Walmart stores in Bentonville... Lots and lots of DCs... one on each corner but no place to park a truck. Well, I found another small, tiny fuel station on xt 76 of I-540. But now I am in a FJ on my way to KY. Called the rcvr and rescheduled my dlvery for tomorrow instead of Thursday. Gosh! It's already past 22:00 and I must take a shower, have a warm meal and get up at 5:30...

I thought it was somewhat odd we were delivering to a Lowes retail store.
