The only one that says that is his wife when she wants some money! :)

Not to make your day worse but she might have a busted head gasket or cracked head that lead to the radiator blowing.

How many vehicles in the median or overturned on the highway does it take before folks realize they need to slow down due to slick roads. Apparently it takes quite a few because when I went to work this morning the roads were fine and nothing off the road. Later in the morning drivers were coming in talking about all the cars off the road on I29 & 435. Man were they right. Coming home I saw at least 6 being pulled out by tow trucks, and you could see lots of tracks in the median where there had been cars previous.

Yes indeed....considered that. It's at the shop now.....appears to be just the radiator. One cracked head in this family is all we can take right now!

Ukiah Ca. Got unloaded at 9am then came down through the Redwoods , another awesome part of the country. Stopped in Ukiah at 3pm because I didn't really feel like driving through the Bay area in rush hour traffic. Got all day to get to Gonzales ca tomorrow for a 17:00 pick up.

Still home....one more day. No cats locked in any room.

    However......

In my quest to do something nice for wifey, I washed some of her tops. Then I put 'em in the dryer.

    This is not good.

I hear the road calling me. Loudly.

I had QUITE the Monday. From the shop I hurried up to the truck stop and over to SDV to load up a couple stops. Got those off fine then headed to Panalpina (I HATE Panalpina) for a pick up at 11:26. When they ran the PU number the totally wrong dimensions and weight came out.
Also that piece had been picked up FEBRUARY 21.....

Anyhow got the correct number at 12:15 and told the guy I had it. He said he HAD to go to lunch. So I told dispatch Panalpina went to lunch and I was too. Had Whataburger and it was GOOD.

Loaded up some stuff including a drop at Panalpina. That went MUCH smoother....

Then loaded up about 7K for Air France and Cargolux. NEVER expected to be at Air France for an hour but it happened... Ran out of time as Cargolux locked the doors.

Have a crate in the back of my truck, a carton in my back seat. And the trailer sits at the truck stop with an approx. 3500# almost 22' piece strapped on it.

Rolled in 20:05 and I ain't gonna be awake much longer....

I happened to get home for tonight and came home and did dishes, made dinner, and gave the kids a bath. I kinda have to though. My wife is on bedrest due to complications of pregnancy. Its been rough and gonna get rougher, but a guy has to do what a guy has to do.
