    @ CondoCruiser,
Thank you very much for your advise. I am not sure on the defrost if I have to do a manual every day or if the unit would do it automatically. If you read the previous thread you can see my extensive training session. :biggrin_2556:

I do carry a pulp/food thermometer and a laser no touch thermometer. Usually, my trailers are sealed on the runs and I cannot get inside, but have the little access door on the back of the trailer to check. The problem is that the pulp reads the correct temp of the product, but the no touch reads a lot higher on the surface.

Doing multi-loads all the time has me constantly tracking temps especially in the summer months. I have looked into wireless temp devices and haven't found one that I would even buy. The newer units can work with a smart phone through Bluetooth and have extra temp sensors installed to solve this problem. But so for about the best theory/option I have come across is using a dash mounted air temp gauge from TelTek and run hard wires back with a secondary trailer cord. This also doesn't seem like a good option either.

It will defrost on its own but jus do it once a day in hot weather, components can freeze and give a false reading. Also if you do multi stop loads invest in a bulkhead they are life savers.
