    they have 312k in cash. 520mill in revenue. 179mill in profit.

    if the company were broke like you all assume they are. they wouldn't be trading for $6 per share on the nasdaq exchange.
    they would be trading for nothing on the penny stock exchange.

    How do you get 179 mill in profit off of a 24 cent loss? Oh yes you mean 179 mil of "gross profit". Look up the definition of gross profit. Gross profit is just the amount of markup you had for your product. Doesn't count anything. Just means they didn't give any services away. For example.....you buy a computer for 500 bucks. You sell it for 700. Your gross profit is 200 bucks. But wait........you had shipping costs maybe labor costs. TAXES!!! OVERHEAD!!! The gross profit comes before all those financial considerations

    Ive been watching USA truck for 5 years. That is the lowest cash stash they have ever reported since I have been watching.

    Regarless of what they may or may not have all it takes is for their major creditors to call the loans or demand payment in full on all outstanding accounts and they are BUST or heading to bankruptcy protection.
