current software on device is version 12.4.2428.214

serial# 720-046934

no traffic available on device. Update failed. no traffic Everywhere button on dock software. traffic subscription reads yes for subscription

For the 720. As of this moment, downloading the new map set. This will take few hours so we'll see after that.

have downloaded new map set and likewise updated the software on the 720. However, the dock software is not allowing me to enter the traffic code, that button does not exist. Nor is the dock software showing a traffic update. I did purchase and have the traffic code for the 720 and, have redownloaded the dock software and replaced the old dock software.

Yep. That was a great bit advice though and as experienced as I am these things, didn't even cross my mind but it sure made sense. I suffer from forestitas as in can't see it due to the trees.....

I see the TND 520 is not exempt from the annoying, repetitive, dirt road warning prompts. I've been getting this regularly while driving down interstates, and no turns required for miles and miles, AND those turns do not go onto any dirt roads. When is Rand going to fix this? Example would be, I was WB on I-70, around Russell, KS, headed to Colby, warning pops up says my route will take me onto a dirt road, REALLY???
