I'm not sure what's worst, the fact that freightliner charged 378 dollars for a freaking spot mirror, or that I bent over and paid it. but only because I have an inspection due before the 1st and won't be home before then. that will teach me to wait till the last week on inspections.

You can't be serious

Do you have any tools on the truck?Travelinman Thanks this. -
Yes I find my own . Its annoying at times because I need to drive and my coordinator just won't do it. He seems sore at the fact that I don't depend on him. I had a floater a month ago for a week and he found me 2 loads which is about the same as my coordinator since I've leased on.
I'm not complaining at all. I prefer it this way. just when I ask him to find a load and he doesn't. it becomes annoying. or I'm just to assertive.Last edited: Jul 25, 2013

My Buddy is the direct opposite. 99% coordinator. ranked 32nd

that was a typo, it was 278. still ridiculous. parts only, I'm the labor, I carry enough tools to do almost anything out on the road.

After reading this post a couple times I decided to ask for a new coordinator. I didn't get any resistance like I was expecting. They agreed and said "OK no problem". 2 minutes on the phone.
lol ??Blind Driver Thanks this. -

I am almost done with my first week here at mercer. I really think they are miles above the company I was with before. This is my second. Time trying to get on here and now I can say it was worth it

You definitely live in a good place to be leased on to them. Just don't go west of I-35 and you should do fine.

That is what a few others have said also. Down in north Carolina right now and already have something going back thru the house
