CLICK HERE for a list of trucking companies that hire new drivers.
Two companies not listed here are Ozark and JBS Carriers.
Check through the websites to know who hires at 21.
If you attend a private CDL school, some companies will reimburse you the tuition if you work for them, such as Watkins & Shepard for example with a terminal in Berea. Many companies have tuition reimbursement.
Check Google for private or community college CDL schools in KY. -
Thanks Chinatown. Do you know what the average trucking school cost?

$1k-$5k.
I went to Chattanooga State for mine. Was $1k, missed a $500 grant by 1week, but didn't want to wait until the next session to get it. -
Thanks I'm a mechanic right now so I do have some experience driving trucks and pull trailers around the yard some.
