I agree it would be the fair thing to do.I know one driver hit me because he forgot to set his brk at a customer and had to replace the entire hood. They paid for that and the hotel room but not the 2 days lost wages.

Probably the one below. If you're going to go big, go BIG!
Will call the USA insurance when I find out about my load time, and keep everyone posted. I now have a contact name and number.
Where did you get the bumper at Sublime?

Well, I have called their contact twice and left voicemails, and my insurance rep had called at least once too. Neither of us have got a call back yet.
If no return call in a couple of days, email will be sent then court. I am not hanging around for weeks at a time waiting on USA to get back to me amicably.

My boyfriend told me it was 3 drivers that got busted by Tyson for drinking on their lot not 1.So what kb is going to do from now on is check the otr trks when they come in and if any alcohol is in the fridge, they're fired right then and there.

I assume you were able to drive the truck after some straightening of the bumper?

That certainly would have stopped him!!! Martin, I only wish you all of the best in this situation, I would certainly obtain an attorney, I know it isn't in your blood or making but Man they are going to screw you, I'm sure you realize the paint is not going to be the exact to that on the Cab? because of the make up of the atmospheric pressures and a bunch of other factors there is not a shop in the world that can produce the exact same color and look that the factory put on that.

not being negative...faded paint?!?!!??! How often did you wash that thing? I do love your new "home"! Glad, things are working in your favor, not like they wouldn't with your "evidence". where's the USA cheerleaders now? Not starting anything, but noticed certain posts on here and they all like to jump other drivers for badmouthing them....oh well...to each their own I guess?

It's my choice to go through my insurance or not
Guy called me back after I posted my last post.
He went very quiet en I mentioned a YouTube video!
Get estimate from western star, email it to him, they put a check in the mail. That's the theory of it anyways.
He asked me to email the pictures and video I took that night, so I may be getting another call soon enough!
Paint will be fine, they will get an excellent match without too many issues, dealt with that stuff before.
Had already left Omaha, so will be next week before I get back there. my loads pay too good to sit seeing what they want to do
    Fingers crossed!

I'm not so sure I'd provide them the video or pics, just yet.
Maybe that's no harm & will be even more "indicting evidence" in regards to the driver & "trainer", and beneficial to your end, then again, maybe not.

I was a LEO in the past, and one thing I can tell ya... that boy sure failed the field sobriety test big time, viewing the video.
I'd luv to see the entire detailed police/arrest report. Most states/localities give the arrestee a verbal questionaire on DUI's.
Typically, the answers they provide are often "out of this world", to say the least.
When asked about the judge & court system, several arrestees had answered with "F the judge", then some went into great detail about what they'd do to the judge. Since this is part of evidence, it's presented in court.

As predicted, their cases didn't "go so well".:biggrin_2559:
