looking for advice / info

Would a smaller company consider me? I have been driving for one year. Within the first 90 days got into a wreck Turning right both lanes turn right I was in the outer lane no one got a ticket for anything never went to court or had court date. I know it's on my DAC But don't know if its on the license sense no ticket was issued. And secondly Got pulled into a scale in Tennessee For being over length The tandems were at the 42 foot mark instead of 41 foot mark. Got a ticket for that125$ Lesson. My question I guess is should I stay with the company for another 6 months / year. Or does it make a difference since I was not ticketed on the reck. Looking to go regional or dedicated. The company I'm at now does regional but the pay doesn't make sense till I have Been here 10 years to make 41 cents a mile. Thanks

 

Paul 1052 all he did was make me pull on the scale he then came out with the tape measure and measure the kingpin to the tandems and told me to park the truck and come inside no other inspections gave me a ticket and a piece of paper to turn into the company. And thanks everyone I know not to quit the job before getting a nother one trying to get another job lined up first because if what I hear is right by the end of the year all the company trucks will have in Word facing cameras and outwards I have no problem with the outside camera just don't want to be watched 24 /7 inside the cab. I understand it's their trust They can do what they want with it But on the same side I have the option to stay or boogie. I love the company I'm at now Great dispatch lol get me home when I want and everything else. This was a starter company Never thought I would stay but I would till I get a camera in the truck
