yes is true and now when you call ARNOLD they know who you are with caller id and unit number i seen it with my own eyes they call you by name sometimes if you dont catch it and also if don' want to talk they put you on hold for 30-hrs.I will be on this post look forward to share more info i got.

Sitting in Loveland Colorado watching the mountains turn white. Luckily its staying up there. Its a Shame the company don't run west more often. Its so much easier out here as a driver.

Our weight out this morning in Ft. Collins, Colorado. This is one time I'm glad we are heavy because the winds today are insane.

We have a Cascadia with APU. Our truck weighed 35,500 empty and that was with 3/4 fuel. Load info says fuel up. Not sure why though. I believe they will cut the load to get you legal if needed.
